My second stay here was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, surrounded by a posh neighborhood. The host, Ms. Archana, is superb and extremely cooperative. The rooms are impeccably clean and the beds are cozy. The bathrooms are elegant and well-maintained. The breakfast menu offers a variety of healthy options. The property has great amenities, including Wi-Fi, an off-site car park, luggage storage, an outdoor dining area, and laundry facilities. The rooms also have a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware. There is a shared kitchen for guests to use. The property even has a yoga class and a game room, as well as a children's play area and board games. The air conditioning is perfect for hot days, and there are designated smoking areas if needed. I highly recommend this place - it's truly a hidden gem!

the host, Archana, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She provided clear directions on how to reach the property from the airport and even allowed me to check in early. the rooms were excellent and definitely worth the price. the staff were also very helpful and the food was delicious, especially the tasty parathas for breakfast. I truly felt at home during my stay and will definitely choose Bed N Oats again for my future visits. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

Nice new building with elevator. Good access to airport. Room was spacious with A/C, TV, and great walk-in shower. Very quiet at night and comfortable bed. Owner and staff were very friendly and provided excellent breakfast.
Received a different room with bedbugs. Poor handling of situation.

We recently stayed at a new hotel in a gated residential area for 3 nights. The building was nice and had an elevator, which was very convenient. The location was great for us as it had good access to the airport, and we were able to reach there within 20 minutes by taxi. There were also shopping facilities nearby, just a 10-minute walk or a quick 5-minute Tuk Tuk ride away. Our room was spacious and had all the essential amenities like A/C, TV, and a fantastic walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. They even offered us tea or coffee and served an excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Can highly recommend this hotel.

This place is a gem. It's cute, peaceful, and perfectly organized. The rooms are cozy and have enough space for yoga or exercising. The delicious, healthy, homemade food is included and of high quality. The common area has a library, table games, and tea/coffee available. The owner, Archana, is extremely helpful and friendly. The area is safe and surrounded by green forests. Staying here is worth every minute of your time.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are incredibly clean with really elegant bathrooms. As a guest who values cleanliness and comfort, this was a big plus for me. The rooms are very neat and clean. I felt instantly relaxed and at ease when I walked in. The beds are clean and cosy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I loved that the twin/double room had a private entrance, giving me a sense of privacy and convenience. Having a microwave in the double room was a great addition for quick and easy meals. The twin/double room featuring a tea/coffee maker was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a hot beverage whenever I wanted.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom with a shower rather than a bath.
